Your Daily Plan, adapted around you.

Features

Everything for your routine. Nothing you don’t need.

Udapt is built around how a plan actually needs to change day to day: how you slept, how the last session went, and what you've eaten. Every adjustment comes with a reason, never just a new number.

Readiness that means something

Heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep from Apple Health, or a 5-question morning check-in if you don't wear your Watch to bed. Either way, you get a score and a plain reason why.

Udapt readiness score of 9, Go

Training that eases off, not just logs

A rough night trims today's sets and caps effort automatically. A good run of days lets your program progress. You can always keep the original session, one tap.

Food targets that move with training

More carbs on training days, a little less on rest days — the week's total stays the same. After two weeks of logging, your calorie target adapts to what your body actually does.

Log food your way

Search thousands of foods, scan a barcode, or use on-device AI to log a meal from a photo or by describing it out loud — nothing leaves your phone.

Protect a joint

Flag a shoulder, knee or lower back you're being careful with, and Udapt automatically swaps exercises that load it for a like-for-like alternative that doesn't.

Home or gym

Full programs for a commercial gym, or a dumbbells-and-bodyweight-only variant for training at home. Switch any time.

Ask Siri

“How ready am I?” or “Log my usual breakfast” — hands-free, from your phone or your wrist.

Private by design

No ads, no third-party analytics. Health data stays in Apple Health; anything Udapt-only stays on your phone.

Screens

Calm, clear and quick to use.

Health data this personal should stay yours.

Udapt runs no servers. Your profile, workouts, food logs and check-ins stay on your device, and you decide what — if anything — ever leaves it.

On your device

Workouts, food logs and check-ins are kept on your iPhone. There's no Udapt server holding your information.

No ads, no analytics

No advertising and no third-party tracking tools. Nobody is building a profile of your health.

Never in iCloud

Apple Health is the cross-device store. Anything Udapt-only never syncs to iCloud or anywhere else.

FAQ

Before you ask.

How is Udapt different from other fitness apps?

Most apps adjust your training or your food, not both together. Udapt reads Apple Health each morning and adjusts today's training and today's food targets as one connected plan, and explains every change in plain English.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. A 5-question morning check-in is enough to adapt your plan if you don't wear a Watch overnight. If you do have Apple Health data, Udapt uses that too.

Is Udapt's advice evidence-based?

Every rule in Udapt's engine is checked against published research, not guesswork — and where something is a design choice rather than an established finding, the app says so plainly.

Does Udapt have an Apple Watch app?

Yes — set logging with the Digital Crown, a rest timer, and a readiness complication for your watch face.

Is my health data private?

Udapt is built on-device with no servers. Your data never leaves your phone, except a barcode number when you choose to scan one.

Does it work for home workouts?

Yes — a dumbbells-and-bodyweight-only program variant is built in alongside the full-gym programs, and you can switch any time.

What if I'm training around an injury?

Flag a joint you're being careful with in Settings, and Udapt swaps out exercises that load it for a like-for-like alternative where one exists. This isn't medical advice — always check with a physiotherapist or doctor about what's safe for you.
