Sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, weight and workouts, to build each morning's plan. You can also skip this entirely and use the 5-question morning check-in instead — Udapt works from either.
Yes. The morning check-in alone is enough to produce a readiness score and adapt your plan, even with no Apple Health data at all.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Udapt, and cancel. This stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Open Udapt → Settings → Delete all my data. This removes your profile, check-ins, workouts and food logs from your phone. It doesn't touch anything already stored in Apple Health — manage that separately in the Health app.
You can log a workout on the Watch on its own; it syncs back to your iPhone automatically when the two are in range.
Those features need Apple Intelligence, which requires newer hardware and needs to be turned on in Settings. Udapt simply hides the feature where it isn't available — search and barcode scanning always work.
No. Udapt is a wellness app, not a medical device — see our Terms of Use for detail, and talk to a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian for anything medical.
Email info@isafenet.app with what happened, your device model and iOS version, and we'll get back to you.
