Today on an unwell day: rest today, with food held at your daily average

GLP-1 mode

On a GLP-1 medicine? Udapt works with it.

Turn on one switch. Nothing else is asked: no medicine name, no dose.

  • Two optional taps in the morning check-in: Queasy today and Not hungry today. Either one makes a good day's session gentler.
  • Your food card puts protein first, with small meals, protein first and plenty to drink.
  • Strength training is how you keep muscle while you lose weight. Udapt keeps it in your week.

Unwell days

Rest when you're ill. Come back gently.

Tell Udapt you're unwell, and say whether it's a cold or something more.

  • A cold: rest, with a gentle walk only if you feel up to it. Fever, chest or aching all over: rest, full stop.
  • Your food target holds steady, and the day doesn't upset your calorie estimate.
  • Tap I'm better and your first sessions back are lighter, for a week.

Travelling and lighter weeks

Away from home, or worn down.

  • Travelling: shorter sessions of about 20 to 30 minutes, with exercises you can do in a hotel room where there are any. Udapt offers this when your iPhone changes time zone.
  • A real lighter week: after a third rough day in a row, Udapt offers seven days of fewer sets and easier effort, then back to normal.
  • As always, the original session is one tap away, and every change says why.
